WARRANTY POLICY

A. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

– Warranty processing time:

If the product is available in stock, a solution will be provided within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and the product will be returned within the following 10 working days.

If the product is not available in stock, it can be exchanged for an equivalent product (upon customer agreement) or offset accordingly.

– Shipping costs for warranty products if not delivered directly to the service center: Each party will bear the shipping cost for its own direction.

II. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The product must be officially distributed by Chungyik Vietnam.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

The product must remain intact, in proper condition, without physical damage; manufacturer’s labels intact; serial number clear (if applicable), not erased or altered.

The product is defective due to manufacturer’s fault.

The product does not fall under warranty rejection cases.

III. WARRANTY REJECTION CONDITIONS

1. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The product is out of warranty period.

The product is not distributed by Chungyik Vietnam.

Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, dropping, moisture, oxidation, deformation during transport, improper storage, or unstable voltage/electricity supply.

Incorrect usage not following the operation manual, such as using non-karaoke products for karaoke, or damage caused by operating speakers over capacity (crossover, tweeters, etc.).

Products used for business purposes such as continuous operation, public use, restaurants, hotels, rental, display, or demo units at dealers and electronics supermarkets.

External accessories and internal components subject to wear and tear over time, such as: power cords, adaptors, batteries, casings, knobs, handles, speaker wires, grills, diaphragms, enclosures, belts, mechanisms, drive wheels, etc.

Scratches, cracks, stains due to corrosion, oxidation, or poor storage conditions.

Headphones are only warranted for manufacturer defects; external accessories and consumable parts such as jacks, cables, ear pads, or broken wires due to external impact or misuse are not covered.

Damage caused by animals entering the product.

2. Cases Leading to Loss of Warranty Rights

Products disassembled, adjusted, or repaired by third parties not authorized by Chungyik Vietnam.

Products without Chungyik Vietnam’s warranty seal.

Products or serial numbers altered, erased, or tampered with.

Products returned to customers without repair may incur inspection fees.

Defective or replaced parts will be collected by the company for product development purposes.

Chungyik Vietnam reserves the right to change this warranty policy without prior notice.

This warranty policy only applies to genuine Chungyik products distributed by Chungyik Vietnam or authorized dealers.
