CASES ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURNS
Applicable reasons
You are eligible for a free exchange if Chungyik Vietnam delivers the wrong product compared to your original order, including:
Wrong product name, model.
Wrong color, features, or technical specifications.
Not matching the description on the website.
Customer benefits
Chungyik Vietnam will exchange the correct product you originally ordered, completely free of charge.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for return support (both free and with service fees), the product must meet the following conditions:
Return period: Within 07 days from the purchase date (as shown on the invoice).
Product condition:
– The product must remain intact and unused.
– Must include the purchase invoice, accessories, and promotional gifts (if any).
– Packaging must not be torn, damaged, or deformed.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
Replacement options:
– Exchange for the same type of product.
– Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (the customer must pay the price difference if any).
If the product is out of stock:
– Customers may choose to receive a 100% refund of the purchased product’s value.
– Or exchange for another product, with additional costs applied as agreed.
Return location:
– For online orders or remote deliveries:
Customers should carefully pack the product to ensure original condition, and send it back to the store address or the address provided by the Customer Service department.
– After verifying the product condition, Chungyik will proceed with the exchange or refund according to the agreement.
Processing time:
– The shipping time for returns will be equivalent to the original delivery time.
– The inspection and return process will be completed within 03 – 05 working days from the date Chungyik receives the product.
CASES ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS
Chungyik Vietnam will issue refunds in the following cases:
– The product has a manufacturer defect and no equivalent replacement is available.
– The ordered product is unavailable due to a system error or stock issue after payment.
– The customer requests an exchange, but the product is out of stock and they do not wish to exchange for another item.
Refund method: Via bank transfer (within 3–7 working days).
IMPORTANT NOTES
– The return and refund policy only applies to products purchased from the official website.
– It does not apply to promotional, clearance, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
