We aim to create a relaxing environment for all guests:

• Mobile phones can be used on the 1st and 5th floors.
• In shared service areas, please turn off your phone or set it to silent to avoid disturbing others.
• We appreciate your understanding and patience in case of language differences.

• 09:30 PM is the last check-in for 60-minute services

Keeping Your Appointment
We hold appointments for a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Appointments may be canceled if you arrive later.

Arrive on Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to fully enjoy your experience.

Canceling or Rescheduling
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking so we can assist you promptly.

• Prices on the Lang menu do not include service fees or VAT (Lang only issues service invoices, not VAT invoices).
• Payment options: Vietnamese Dong (cash), bank transfer, card, Apple Pay.

Age
Lang currently does not have a separate menu for children, but services can be provided according to staff consultation.

Mobility
Lang has elevators available.

Allergies & Medical History
Please inform our staff if you have allergies to essential oils, herbs, or any other ingredients used in treatments.

Guests & Therapists

• Lang serves both male and female guests.
• Only female therapists are available at Lang.

Currently, Lang does not offer specialized massage services for pregnant women; however, therapists will be informed of your condition to adjust treatments appropriately (no face-down position, avoid sensitive areas). Please let us know if anything additional can be done to make your experience more relaxing.

After selecting your service, staff will ask detailed questions to ensure the best possible experience.
During your session, if you have any additional requests or changes, please share them with staff so Lang can adjust and provide a complete experience.

Each guest has a personal locker with a key to keep during your visit. Please store jewelry and personal items there before entering the treatment room.
Before leaving, check your belongings. Lang is not responsible for any loss after you leave.

Your privacy is our priority. Lang keeps all personal information (phone number, email, Facebook, etc.) confidential.
Any photos or information related to you will only be used with your consent and will never be shared with third parties.

Guests can reach Lang easily by:

• Motorbike: Parking in front of the spa
• Car: Parking in front of the spa (limited space due to shared road).
• Taxi / Rideshare: Lang is located at 26A Street No. 10, An Khanh Ward ( Old Thao Dien ward), HCM CITY.
